I'm so glad you're here.

Whether you're carrying the weight of past wounds, navigating relationship challenges, or going through a difficult life transition, I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported—just as you are. All parts of you are welcome here.

I’m committed to creating a non-judgmental, empathetic environment where healing can unfold at your pace. My approach is person-centered and collaborative, grounded in curiosity, care, and respect for your unique story.

In sessions with me, each session is tailored to what feels most helpful and meaningful for you. I can draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In June 2025, I will be completing training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a powerful tool for working with trauma, anxiety, and stress.

I’m passionate about supporting individuals through life’s most overwhelming and painful experiences—particularly those rooted in trauma. Clients often seek my support when navigating:

  • Anxiety

  • Relationship and family challenges

  • PTSD and Complex PTSD

  • Stress and burnout

  • Major life transitions

I also have a special interest in working with First Responders and their loved ones. With a personal connection to this community, I understand the unique pressures and invisible wounds that can arise from such demanding work. Whether you're coping with a difficult call, noticing emotional changes, or experiencing strain in your relationships, I’m here to support you—or those close to you—on the path toward healing and renewed strength.

Whenever you're ready, I'm here. If you feel we may be a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
