Brianna Robinson

Registered psychotherapist, BCN

Brianna is a Registered Psychotherapist who is passionate about helping people heal from trauma and move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and self-compassion. She understands that healing is deeply personal and collaborates with each client to create a treatment plan tailored to their unique experiences, strengths, and goals.

Brianna uses evidence-based approaches including:

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Neurofeedback

While Brianna works with a broad range of trauma-related concerns, she has a particular passion for supporting women and parents who have experienced perinatal trauma. Through advanced training in perinatal mental health and EMDR, she helps clients process traumatic births, pregnancy or infant loss, fertility challenges, NICU experiences, postpartum complications, and other difficult reproductive or parenting experiences. Her goal is to help clients move beyond survival, reconnect with themselves and their loved ones, and build confidence in the life they are creating.

Clients often seek Brianna's support for:

  • Perinatal trauma, including traumatic birth, pregnancy and infant loss, fertility challenges, NICU experiences, and postpartum trauma

  • PTSD and Complex PTSD (CPTSD)

  • Recent traumatic events

  • Religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and recovery from high-control groups

  • Operational Stress Injuries experienced by first responders

  • Relationship trauma

  • Emotional regulation difficulties

  • Anxiety, depression, and major life transitions

When appropriate, Brianna incorporates neurofeedback into treatment to help regulate patterns of brain activity associated with trauma, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. Used alongside psychotherapy, neurofeedback can enhance emotional regulation and support greater resilience throughout the healing process.

Above all, Brianna believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. She strives to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported, while also being gently challenged to grow. Whether you are healing from a traumatic experience, navigating the lasting effects of religious trauma, coping with a difficult reproductive or parenting journey, or feeling stuck in old patterns, Brianna is committed to helping you build a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and authentically your own.
