Every emotion and behaviour makes sense in context. Many of the challenges we live with have roots in attachment wounds and trauma; times when safety, trust, or emotional attunement were missing. We all develop strategies to help us stay safe, shaped by our experiences. These patterns and strategies helped us survive, but over time, they can limit how we live and connect with ourselves and others.

People reach out to me when these patterns show up as:

  • Emotional dysregulation or anger that feels hard to manage

  • Relationship and parenting challenges

My therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, empathy, and deep respect. I integrate Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), EMDR, polyvagal-informed practices, and attachment-based methods to help you process what’s been keeping you stuck and move toward greater regulation, self-trust, and connection.

My role is to offer a space that feels safe, compassionate, and attuned as we work together at your pace.
