You may be longing for more ease and connection, yet something keeps pulling you back into familiar patterns. You may even wonder if something is wrong with you.
I don’t believe there is.
Every emotion and behaviour makes sense in context.
Many of the struggles we experience are shaped by attachment wounds and trauma, times when safety, trust, or emotional attunement were missing. We adapt in ways that help us survive and navigate life. While these adaptations once served an important purpose, over time they can keep us feeling stuck or disconnected. Together, we can explore the roots of current patterns and process the impact of your life experiences.
People often reach out to me when navigating:
Childhood trauma and complex trauma
Anxiety
Depression
Emotional overwhelm
Relational challenges
Parenting struggles
Life transitions, including grief and loss
Questions of meaning, purpose, identity, and other existential concerns
My approach integrates parts work (ego state and IFS-informed), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based and nervous system-informed approaches, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and existential psychotherapy.
Whether we are exploring parts of yourself, processing trauma, navigating existential concerns, or reconnecting with what matters most to you, our work will be grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and compassion.
If you’re interested, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if this space feels right for you.
